Delivery time in Egypt: 3–5 business days (depending on the city).
Order confirmation: After placing your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp/phone to confirm.
If the order is refused upon delivery: The customer must pay the shipping fees directly to Qabila (not to the courier company).

Returns available within 10 days of receiving the order only if the product has a manufacturing defect.
Items must be in their original condition (unused – not washed – with tag and packaging).
No size Exchange or return is allowed, since each piece is made-to-order.

If there is a manufacturing defect or issue, Qabila covers all shipping costs.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
