• Delivery time in Egypt: 5–6 business days (depending on the city).
  
• Order confirmation: After placing your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp/phone to confirm.
  
• If the order is refused upon delivery: The customer must pay the shipping fees.

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order only if the item has a manufacturing defect or if we made a mistake with your order.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
• Since each item is made-to-order, we’re unfortunately unable to offer size exchanges or returns. We kindly ask you to check our size chart carefully before placing your order, and if you need any help choosing the right size, our team will be happy to assist you before you order.
• If there's a manufacturing defect or an error on our side, Qabila will cover all shipping costs for the replacement.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
